3. Physical Parameter Mapping (PPM) Protocol

MISTREEM STUDIO ensures that every Vantage Module™ asset is synthesized based on verified physical data inputs.

• Data Integrity: All simulations—including drape, tensile strength, and wrinkle recovery—are derived from client-provided specifications (e.g., 40MM 100% Silk Satin).

• Liability Boundary: MISTREEM's responsibility is limited to the accuracy of the digital translation of these parameters. Any discrepancies arising from incorrect source data provided by the client (e.g., fabric code or weight) shall void the validation.

• Technical Audit: Each bundle includes a "Material DNA Profile" documenting the locked physical constants used in the rendering engine.

4. Optical Consistency & Chromatic Standard

We utilize a high-precision digital color management pipeline to ensure visual fidelity under standard lighting conditions.

• Color Benchmarking: Colors are calibrated against international standards (e.g., Dark Sage) using the D65 standard illuminant.

• Hardware Disclaimer: Due to variations in display hardware (monitors/mobile devices), the Hex/LAB color codes embedded within the Vantage Module™ asset shall be the final point of truth.

• Acceptance Window: Clients have a 24-hour "Review Window" upon delivery to flag optical deviations.

5. Digital Sample Sign-off (DSS) Procedure

Before final commercial release, clients must complete a three-step validation process:

• Structural Review: Verification of geometric accuracy including collars, seam lines, and hardware (e.g., buckles, epaulets).

• Kinetic Validation: Confirmation of fabric behavior and luster under specific motion and environmental lighting.

• Final Certification: Execution of the Vantage Module™ Asset Confirmation Form, signifying commercial readiness.

6. Risk Mitigation & Limitation of Liability

• Decision Support Tool: MISTREEM assets are designed as high-fidelity decision support and marketing tools.

• Final Production Advisory: While our digital twins achieve near-perfect physical replication, MISTREEM recommends the production of at least one physical Master Sample prior to mass manufacturing.

• Damages Cap: MISTREEM’s liability is strictly limited to the service fee of the specific asset and does not extend to consequential losses in the manufacturing or retail stages.
